The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for all planning and zoning activities in the Township. The Zoning Administrator provides support on a regular basis to the following.
- Township Board
- Planning Commission
- Zoning Board of Appeals

- Ordinance Enforcement
- Development Review
Residents:
Residents should contact this department for a zoning compliance permit when building a new home, adding on, storage and garage buildings, fences and pools.
Commercial:
Developers, engineers, architects. etc are welcome to contact this department via phone or email for assistance with your projects. Our newly codified ordinance is online along with fees and applications. Appointments are encouraged at the conceptual stage with this department to insure your project viability.
