- Weekly cleaning services of the Rutland Charter Township Hall.
- Areas to be cleaned include bathrooms, board room, conference room, offices and kitchen.
- Cleaning duties include dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and empty all trash cans.
- Wash all windows in the spring and fall.
- Janitor is to provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must have Workman’s Comp and Liability Insurance on file with the Township.
- This contract shall last 3 years.
