Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesday, February 10th, 9am - 5pm
Saturday, February 13th, 10am - 2pm
Tuesday, February 16th, 9am - 5pm
Wednesday, February 17th, 9am - 5pm
In 2010 because of the weekend and the holiday, the last day to pay your winter property taxes without incurring any interest is Tuesday, February 16th.
Did you defer your summer taxes?? The amount does not appear on your winter tax bill but you can pay them at the township until Monday, March 1st.
Tax Bills are mailed two times a year:
Summer taxes are mailed on July 1st and are due by September 15th, 2009
Winter taxes are mailed on December 1st and are due by February 16th, 2010
Summer tax deferment applications forms are available at the office. The form requires applicants to verify that they qualify for the deferment. The form must be completed each year in order to have taxes deferred without penalty.
The form must be filed by September 15th.
These are tax deferments NOT exemptions. If you defer your summer taxes it is wise to keep your bill and remember that summer amounts will not appear on the winter bill. Summer taxes will go delinquent if you fail to pay them when you pay the winter taxes.
